Hello Fins Fans!

A quick note about the website and signing up for jobs.  If you can't do a job you signed up for, delete it as soon as possible.  If it is Saturday or Sunday, please also send us a message to [email protected] to let us know.

1. To check what jobs you have signed up for:

- log in to the website rockcreekfins.swimtopia.com

- click on your name in the upper right and select My Account

- this brings up a screen where you can edit. your contact details AND see all of your jobs listed

2. To sign up for more jobs - which we do need you to do -

- login to the website 

- click on the meets and events tab, select Sign up Calendar

- find the event you would like to sign up for a job for and click on the green Job Signup button

- click on Sign up for Jobs under the person on your account who will do the job

- click the check box to the left of the job you are signing up for and then click "save assignments"

3. Popsicle sign up

- if you signed up to bring popsicles, I deleted all of you because I put it in wrong (it allowed multiple people to sign up and we only need one).

- we now need people to sign up again to bring popsicles starting next Monday
