Practices
The dive team practices Mon-Fri during the summer. Practice is 45 minutes long and will begin Wednesday, May 27, 2026. There will be no practice May 28th or June 1st.
Until June 19: Daily practice at 5:15 pm and 6:15 pm, come when you can!
Starting June 22 practices will be at 4:15 pm, 5:15 pm, and 6:15 pm. Generally, younger divers go to earlier practices BUT it's flexible based on your availability.
There are a few schedule changes based on holidays, swim meets, and coaches availability:

There may be other days where Rock Creek hosts home swim meets with altered dive practice schedule. Watch your email for updates.
