Volunteers - help, we need you! Last week we were scrambling right before the meet started to have enough help during the meet! Please sign up HERE for a job at Sunday's meet. In the right column under upcoming events, you'll see "home meet against Tanterra" click on the green SIGN UP button. 

We need more help this Sunday because it is a home meet - we need help with set up, clean up and concessions! Each family should plan to sig up for 2-3 jobs across the whole season to make sure we are covered.

Friday practice and pasta party

Coach Emma will only hold two practices on Fridays - 4:15pm and 5:15pm The pasta party will happen too! Bring a dish to share to the grill area between 6-6:30pm and then bring your family to eat dinner at 6:30pm. Come back at 7-7:30pm to get your dish and help clean up!

Sunday's meet vs. Tanterra AT Rock Creek

1. Please RSVP your diver(s) HERE (click on the RSVP button on the right column under upcoming events, home meet against Tanterra) by Thursday evening so Emma can plan dive sheets.
2. Emma will hold warm up practice at RC starting at 2pm on Sunday
