Congratulations to all our Fins divers for an awesome meet yesterday! We put up a good fight against Seven Locks, who took the W 41-48. You can view the meet results here. Thank you to all of our parents and volunteers for helping make our "away/home" meet a success. We couldn't do it without you!

This Week:

Friday Funday! Come to practice today for popsicles and games!

Practices this week will be Mon, Wed, and Thurs at 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15. There is no practice Tuesday for July 4th. Friday practice will be 4:15 and 5:15. The Pasta Party on Friday will start at 6 pm, so bring your dish to share between 5:30 and 6.

Hurdle Clinic with Coach Casey - Thursday, 4:15-5

Hurdles are the necessary stepping stone to progressing as a diver. Join Casey for a hurdle clinic (all ages welcome) on Thursday during the 4:15 practice. Space is limited so please sign up here (where it says Job Signup)!

Home Meet against OGC - Sunday, July 9:

We will host our last home meet next Sunday against Old Georgetown. The meet will start at 4:00 with warmups at 2:30 pm. Please RSVP and sign up for a volunteer shift. If you'd like to learn how to be a table worker, please see Sarah Shapiro at practice and she'll walk you through the jobs.
