Hi Dive Families,

We hope you've had a great year. We are excited to kick off the 2025 dive season!

The website has been updated and registration is now open and you can register here: Register Online. The registration fee is now $155 per diver and insurance is $20. Your diver can try the team for two weeks and you can receive a refund of $140 if you cancel by June 13. The insurance fee is paid directly to MCDL and is non-refundable.

We're excited to welcome back our head coach, Riley Moffitt, and assistant coaches Avery Clare Moffitt and Lucas Gerlach-Mack. We look forward to another fun season. CITs: If you'd like to be considered for a CIT role and if you are 13+ and have completed 2 dive seasons, email us at [email protected]. CITs can earn SSL hours.

Dive team parent leadership: Sarah Shapiro has had to step down as Dive Rep for the summer. Sara Duran-Palacios and Peter Gerlach-Mack have agreed to step into this leadership role in partnership with Dawn. (and Katie McGervey is back to help get the season admin set up). We'd love to have a couple more families who would like to take on leadership roles with the team. If you would like to be a co-rep with Dawn, Sara and Peter, or would like to manage concessions, please reach out and let us know!

Team suit and spirit wear: Generally dive team members wear a red and black suit. Each year a new suit is chosen, but you are welcome to wear any suit you like. You can see the team suit using this link: https://makingwavesusa.com/team/rock-creek-swim-and-dive/ (use the password: fins). You can also use this team store to buy team spirit wear. This store will remain open all season and when you order the items will be shipped directly to your home. You will receive one t-shirt per diver registration.
