It was a tough meet on Sunday, but NCC edged us out 43-47 in the end! Congrats to all our divers who competed!

This week we are hosting Seven Locks in a non-divisional meet. Below are all the important updates you need to know!

Please RSVP in Swimtopia for your diver for each meet

Please use the RSVP function to let us know if your diver is coming to each meet (some of you have already been doing it, thank you!). On the homepage you can see the upcoming meets - click on the big green button: RSVP. You can also see all the meets on the schedule page. This helps the coaches to know whom to expect because not everyone comes to Friday practice (or it gets rained out) and then they know which dive sheets to have ready on Sunday.

Pasta Party - Friday at 6:30pm

Please bring a dish to share to the grill area between 6-6:30pm. Dinner starts at 6:30pm. If you can help, please sign up here.

Sunday's meet against Seven Locks at Rock Creek - meet starts at 4pm

1. TEAM PICTURE - we will take a team picture at the diving well at 2:30pm. Wear your team suit, team t-shirt or something red/black.

2. Warm-ups - practice/warm-ups will start right after the photo and last until 3:30pm.

3. Parent Volunteers - you know the drill - we can't have meets without the parents! Thanks to all who have already signed up for Sunday (and beyond). We still need help at concessions through all the time slots; someone to pick up pizza at Costco; a meet secretary in both halves; extra help to set up and clean up; hospitality and judges (so basically there is something for everyone!).

4. Meet photographers - we also need parents to take pictures during the meets. You can use your phone, you don't have to be a professional. We try to have pictures of all the kids to use in the banquet slide show. You can take them as the diver is on the board, during the dive, horsing around on the benches. Whether you sign up as the meet photographer or not, we will shortly share with you a drive to upload photos to.
